Ghost Financial strictly prohibits use of its services by individuals under the age of 18. By accessing our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. International Use & Local Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all local laws, including those related to financial software, trading regulations, and internet access in their country or region.

3. No KYC Required

Ghost Financial does not perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. We do not collect government-issued identification, nor do we verify your identity unless required to investigate fraud, abuse, or legal violations.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We only collect minimal data required to deliver your subscription and enforce license rules. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what is stored and how it is handled.

5. Export Compliance

Our services are not intended for use in any country or jurisdiction where software related to financial markets is restricted, sanctioned, or illegal. You agree not to export or re-distribute our services where prohibited by law.

6. Use of Automation and AI

You may not use artificial intelligence bots or automated trading frameworks to mimic, reverse-engineer, or scrape our signals or data. Doing so is considered a compliance violation and may result in immediate access revocation.

7. Platform Integrity

Any attempts to bypass licensing, modify the script logic, or remove branding without authorization will be treated as a compliance breach. Ghost Financial reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for code tampering or piracy.

8. Jurisdiction

All users agree that this compliance policy and all use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service through binding arbitration.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Ghost Financial will cooperate with legitimate law enforcement requests and subpoenas in cases involving fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
