Refund Policy

  • 1. Digital Product Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the instant delivery of digital content, Ghost Financial LLC does not offer refunds for any purchases made through our platforms or partners.
  • 2. No Chargeback Agreement: By purchasing from Ghost Financial, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempts to reverse transactions after gaining access to proprietary software or signals will result in permanent blacklisting and potential legal action.
  • 3. Exceptions to Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing by an executive member of Ghost Financial. Customer satisfaction is a priority, but our intellectual property and backend automation prohibit reversals after delivery.
  • 4. Guaranteed Profitability Clause (Marketing Only): While we may advertise a "Guaranteed Profitability Clause" for the Algorithms, this clause is a marketing expression and is not contractually enforced. Users may qualify for review only if they meet all of the following criteria:
    • Trade with either the Standard or Enhanced algorithm
    • Start with a minimum $2,500 funded account within 24 hours of subscription.
    • Trade daily using our Nasdaq algorithm for a consecutive 3-month period without skipping or pausing.
    • Follow 95% of the algorithm’s exact signals without deviation or discretionary trades.
    • Risk no more than 3% of the portfolio per trade, with proof of consistency.
    • Do not trade any other system or strategy during the qualifying period.
    • Experience a portfolio drawdown of at least 35% caused exclusively by our signals.
    • Submit trade logs showing no more than 5% deviation from our strategy in execution.
    • All eligibility and documentation are reviewed at our sole discretion, and refunds are never guaranteed.
  • 5. Prop Firm Disclaimer: Ghost Financial is not responsible for any restrictions, account violations, or rule breaches that occur on third-party platforms, including proprietary trading firms. Usage of our software in conjunction with external accounts is done at your own risk.
