Terms of Service

By purchasing any product or using any service provided by Ghost Financial LLC, doing business as Ghost Trading Systems, you accept these terms of service in full. If you disagree with these terms, do not use this website or any of our services.

  • Educational Use Only: All content, indicators, and trade signals provided are strictly for educational purposes. Ghost Financial does not provide investment advice, and you agree not to interpret any material as financial guidance or recommendations.
  • Risk Disclosure: You acknowledge that trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. Losses can exceed deposits. You agree that Ghost Financial is not responsible for any financial loss or damage arising from use of our products or services.
  • Software Licensing: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our tools. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense any part of our system without explicit written permission.
  • No Guarantees: While our algorithms are built to perform under specific conditions, Ghost Financial makes no guarantees regarding profitability, trade accuracy, or execution speed. Simulated or backtested results do not represent real performance.
  • Prop Firm Disclaimer: If you use our tools during a proprietary firm evaluation, you do so at your own risk. We do not communicate with prop firms or offer support in the event of failed challenges, bans, or denied payouts.
  • Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any laws, trading regulations, tax requirements, or proprietary firm policies that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
  • Intellectual Property: The design, logic, and content of our platform are the exclusive property of Ghost Financial LLC. Any unauthorized duplication or derivation of our system is a violation of intellectual property laws and will result in legal action.
  • Account Sharing: Access credentials and licenses are for individual use only. Sharing your login or distributing access in any form will result in immediate termination and blacklisting.
  • System Monitoring: Ghost Financial reserves the right to log and review usage activity for quality control, fraud prevention, and support. You consent to these monitoring practices as a condition of use.
  • Service Availability: We may make changes to our platform, including but not limited to removal or disabling of features, without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or service limitations.
  • Third-Party Tools: Our indicators may interface with third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, Autoview). We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or changes made by these external tools that disrupt your trading experience.
  • Marketing Language: Descriptive terms such as "win rate," "accuracy," or "performance" are used hypothetically. Past results, testimonials, or examples are not guarantees of future returns or experiences.
  • User Behavior: Users are expected to engage respectfully within our Discord and support channels. Hate speech, harassment, or manipulative behavior will result in permanent suspension without refund.
  • External Trading: Our services are intended to operate within their own framework. Using our tools in conjunction with other strategies, bots, or signals may result in unpredictable results, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from such combinations.
  • Automation & Bot Usage: Use of bots or automation to mimic, copy, or replicate our software functionality is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to disable services if automated misuse is detected.
  • Profit Split & Financing: Users who access our software under a financing agreement or standard license agree to remit a 15% share of profits after reaching specific account thresholds (3 accounts for financed users, 5 for others). If you are not using a funded account, you will still need to pay the 15% if your account size is more than $25,000. Each $5,000 made will result in a request for the 15%. Profits are defined as net withdrawals and monitored for compliance. Failure to report or remit owed percentages will result in revoked access and legal enforcement.
  • Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold harmless Ghost Financial LLC and its affiliates from any liability, claim, or expense arising out of your misuse of our software or services, including legal fees.
  • Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Texas law. You waive the right to bring disputes to public court, including class actions or jury trials.
  • Termination: Ghost Financial reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for any reason deemed necessary, especially in the event of breach of terms, suspicious activity, or actions that could harm the company.
  • Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued usage of the platform following changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
